Background
Throughout July 1959, the Alor archipelago experienced a series of extraordinary encounters between inhabitants and mysterious entities. Villagers initially reported beings approximately 1.8 meters tall possessing reddish skin, white wavy hair, and dark blue uniforms with military boots. When locals attempted to repel these intruders using arrows, the projectiles failed to cause any injury, prompting the beings to leap away and vanish.
The situation intensified when reports emerged of abductions, including a six-year-old child found frightened in a field and a villager allegedly paralyzed by a cylindrical device. Alwi Alnadad, chief of the local police force, transitioned from skepticism to active intervention, commanding officers to apprehend the strangers dead or alive. An ambush was established at midnight around the suspected appearance site.
During the confrontation, officers opened fire from thirteen meters distance, surrounding the entities from all angles. Despite the intensive barrage, investigators discovered no blood or remains, only fallen trees and footprints that inexplicably terminated after five meters. Shortly thereafter, multiple inhabitants witnessed a glowing white oval object traveling at high velocity above the sea.
