The incident occurred during a 24-hour cycling competition in the Sonoran Desert near Tucson, Arizona. Three riders, including a 34-year-old local entrepreneur named G. Johnson, were roughly halfway through the route when they spotted a humanoid silhouette crossing their path.
The entity stood approximately 6 feet in height, exceptionally slender, moving with an unsteady, mechanical walk compared to a primate or diseased person.
