McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Company

McDonnell Douglas Technical Services Company (MDTSC) was a subsidiary of McDonnell Douglas Corporation, headquartered in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. Established as a technical services division of the parent aerospace and defense contractor, MDTSC provided specialized technical support and services. The parent company McDonnell Douglas was formed in 1967 from the merger of McDonnell Aircraft Corporation (founded 1939) and Douglas Aircraft Company (founded 1921). McDonnell Douglas itself merged with Boeing in 1997, after which MDTSC ceased independent operations. The company operated within the broader context of McDonnell Douglas' defense contracting and aerospace activities.
