SIGMA2 is a technical commission within the 3AF (Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France), established in 2008 and chaired by engineer Luc Dini. The commission studies UAP from a scientific and engineering perspective, analyzing physical data including radar traces, electromagnetic signatures, and witness reports. SIGMA2 collaborates with GEIPAN and international research groups.
