The U.S. Military Advisory and Assistance Group stationed in Tehran during the Shah era. Lt. Colonel Olin Mooy, a USAF officer posted with MAAG, was present at Jafari's debriefing after the 1976 Tehran UFO incident and took detailed notes. His classified memo to the DIA became one of the key documents in the case.
