U.S.S. Princeton
The USS Princeton (CG-59) is a guided-missile cruiser of the United States Navy that played a significant role in the November 2004 Nimitz Carrier Strike Group UAP incident. Operating off the coast of southern California, the Princeton's advanced radar systems detected unusual aerial objects descending from 80,000 feet to sea level in less than a second. The ship's radar operators, including Senior Chief Petty Officer Kevin Day, tracked these anomalous contacts for approximately two weeks before the November 14 incident. The Princeton's radar data and observations contributed to one of the most documented military UAP encounters, which later became central to Pentagon UAP investigations and congressional testimonies regarding unidentified aerial phenomena.
