Alain Juillet

Alain Juillet is a French intelligence veteran who served as Director of the Directorate General for External Security (DGSE), France's external intelligence agency akin to the CIA, from 2002 to 2003, and as Senior Head of Economic Intelligence for the French Prime Minister for the subsequent six years.
