Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd, is a Canadian-American researcher, author, and futurist known as the founder of exopolitics, the political science of relations between human society and extraterrestrial civilizations. A Yale Law School graduate and former Fulbright Scholar, he taught economics at Yale and constitutional law at the University of Texas. Webre served as general counsel to the New York City Environmental Protection Administration and director of the 1977 Carter White House Extraterrestrial Communication Study.
