Bert C. Baker

Fred Baker, also referred to as Bert C. Baker in some contexts, is a U.S. Air Force veteran and special warfare operator who served from 2000 onward in the combat control pipeline, spending his entire career in elite special operations units. Coming from a family with a military history dating to the Revolutionary War, Baker has become a prominent social media commentator on special operations. In UAP research, he gained attention through interviews with journalist Ross Coulthart, recounting personal anomalous experiences, including witnessing a bright object perform intelligent maneuvers—descending, brightening intensely, and repeating the motion three times. Baker collaborated with UFO whistleblower Jake Barber on a high-stakes recovery operation for stolen Panasonic Toughbooks containing sensitive program data, ordered at all costs. His testimony highlights treatment of truth-tellers in classified UAP programs.
