Colonel Karl E. Nell is a retired U.S. Army officer and aerospace executive with extensive experience in military intelligence and UAP research. An Ivy League graduate and War College alumnus, he served as a senior advisor to the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff for U.S. Africa Command, and director of the Pentagon's UAP Task Force. Nell commanded at every grade through colonel, including an expeditionary military intelligence brigade for XVIII Airborne Corps and JSOC. In UAP contexts, he publicly stated 'zero doubt' of non-human intelligence on Earth interacting with humanity, backed David Grusch's whistleblower claims as a primary source, and participated in the Sol Foundation Symposium. He contributed to foreign material exploitation programs in Iraq via DIA, linking to alleged UAP retrieval efforts.
