Dale E. Graff
Dale E. Graff is an American aerospace engineer and physicist who served as a key figure in U.S. military psychic research programs. In 1975, he was assigned to collaborate with Stanford Research Institute scientists on remote viewing applications for the U.S. Air Force, directing experiments for 20 years in areas like espionage and drug enforcement under the classified Stargate Project. Graff oversaw remote viewing efforts until 1987 and explored psi phenomena including precognitive dreaming and synchronicity. His books, 'Tracks in the Psychic Wilderness' (1998) and 'River Dreams' (2000), detail his transition from skeptic to proponent of anomalous experiences, addressing UFO sightings, abductions, and consciousness beyond space-time. He has reviewed UFO incidents at nuclear missile sites and facilitated workshops on dream-state psi.
