David Grinspoon

David H. Grinspoon, born December 21, 1959, in Boston, Massachusetts, is an American astrobiologist and planetary scientist. A Brown University alumnus (class of 1982), he is Senior Scientist for Astrobiology Strategy at NASA and Senior Scientist at the Planetary Science Institute. His research focuses on planetary atmospheres, climates, and habitability, with contributions to missions like Venus Express, Curiosity Rover, and DAVINCI to Venus in 2029.
