E. P. Taylor

Travis S. Taylor (born July 24, 1968) is an American scientist, engineer, and author with expertise in optical science, aerospace engineering, physics, and astronomy. He holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and elsewhere. Taylor served as chief scientist for the Pentagon's Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force from around 2019, investigating over 144 UAP incidents for potential military threats and contributing to the 2021 congressional report. His work involved advanced propulsion, intelligence concepts for DoD and NASA over 16+ years. A prominent figure on TV shows like 'The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch' and 'Rocket City Rednecks,' he documents UAP-related phenomena using scientific instruments. Taylor has authored 14+ science fiction novels, textbooks on laser and rocket science, and non-fiction on extraterrestrial responses. No confirmed death; active as of 2022.
