Frank Beswick
🇬🇧United KingdomWitness
Frank Beswick (1912-1988) was a British Labour politician, Member of Parliament, and former wartime RAF pilot. Serving as MP for Whitehaven from 1945 to 1979, he held ministerial roles including Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Air. In UAP/UFO context, on 15 May 1957, Beswick questioned the government in Parliament about a radar-tracked object over the English Channel on 29 April 1957, moving west at 1,000 mph near Dover. Air Secretary George Ward attributed it to Hawker Hunters, but Beswick raised the issue amid public UFO interest. No known publications or further UFO testimony from him.
