George Hunt Williamson (1926-1986), an American UFO contactee and researcher, was born in Chicago, Illinois. He studied anthropology and became interested in UFOs after reading Donald Keyhoe's book in 1951. In 1952, with his wife Betty and the Baileys, he conducted automatic writing sessions receiving messages from extraterrestrials like Nah-9, warning of nuclear dangers; this formed the basis of 'The Saucers Speak!' (1954, co-authored with Alfred Bailey). One of six witnesses to George Adamski's 1952 Venusian encounter, he analyzed symbols in alien footprints. Williamson pioneered concepts like 'walk-ins' or 'Wanderers'—reincarnated space brothers—and was first to link Nazca lines to extraterrestrials, predating von Däniken. He authored 'Other Tongues—Other Flesh' (1957), 'Secret Places of the Lion' (1958), 'UFOs Confidential' (1958), and others under pseudonyms like Brother Philip. Later, as Michel d'Obrenovic, he pastored a church in Santa Barbara, gave UFO lectures, and died of a heart attack in Long Beach, California.
