Gregory Barnett
Witness
Gregory Barnett was an early witness to an alleged UFO crash in the New Mexico desert near the San Agustin Plains, a few years before 1950, where he reportedly saw a wrecked craft, rock-like debris, and four thin, non-human bodies about three-and-a-half to four feet tall. Archaeologists arrived at the scene before military personnel cordoned it off, ordering Barnett and other civilians to remain silent for national security reasons. In February 1950, he privately shared these details only with close associates, including Vern Maltais, marking one of the UFO era's first accounts of alien casualties unrelated to Roswell.
