Ivan Tors

Ivan Tors (1916-1983), Hungarian-born American film and television producer, is not directly linked to UAP/UFO research or military/government UFO programs. Primarily known for animal adventure series like Flipper and Sea Hunt, and sci-fi films such as Gog (1954) involving underground labs and space stations, Tors funded John C. Lilly's dolphin communication studies at the Communication Research Institute in the 1960s. His wife introduced Lilly to LSD, influencing interspecies communication experiments that connected to SETI via Frank Drake's Order of the Dolphin. No notable publications or testimony in UAP fields exist.
