Jack Peters

Ted Peters is an American theologian and professor at the Graduate Theological Union and Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences in Berkeley, California. He has extensively explored the intersection of UFOs/UAPs, spirituality, and theology. Key achievements include authoring 'UFOs: God’s Chariots? Spirituality, Ancient Aliens, and Religious Yearnings in the Age of Extraterrestrials' (2014), which critiques ancient astronaut theories and examines UFOs through a religious lens. He co-edited 'Astrotheology: Science and Theology Meet Extraterrestrial Intelligence' (2018) and other volumes on astrobiology and ethics. Previously Louisiana State Director for MUFON, he is a member of the Society for UAP Studies and Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies. Peters actively investigates and comments on the UAP phenomenon.
