Lt. Col. (Ret.) Dr. John G. Blitch is a US military veteran, accomplished military officer, cognitive psychologist, and pioneer in robotics, artificial intelligence, and human-robot interaction. His military career encompassed service as a Delta Force sniper, Special Forces Detachment commander, Pershing 2 nuclear missile battery commander, and troop commander at the Combat Applications Group (Delta Force), in addition to his role as an Operations Research Analyst for U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM).

Blitch participated in disaster response efforts following the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, the World Trade Center attacks in 2001, and Hurricane Katrina in 2005. He holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Doctorate in Cognitive Psychology, and he has taught at the U.S. Air Force Academy.

John Blitch is associated with UAP-related government activities and linked to discussions about military robotics and advanced technology programs. He served as a Senior Research Scientist at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and as a DARPA Program Manager, while also consulting for NASA, NIST, DHS, DoD, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP). He maintained access to classified programs at Wright-Patterson and DARPA, organizations associated with cutting-edge technologies potentially involving UAPs, and maintains connections to the broader network of military and intelligence professionals involved in UAP investigation efforts.

Throughout a career spanning elite military operations, groundbreaking scientific research, and consultancy for top government agencies, Blitch conducted the world's first EEG-based study of cognitive disengagement in UAV operators and developed advanced concepts for space dominance and special operations at the Warfighter's Edge laboratory. He was inducted into the Space Technology Hall of Fame.
