John Pushie
John A. Pushie (born circa 1940s) is a Canadian engineer and former military officer with significant involvement in UFO research and government investigations. Serving as a Wing Commander in the Royal Canadian Air Force, he contributed to Project Magnet, Canada's official UFO study program from 1950-1954 led by Wilbert B. Smith. Pushie worked at the Shirley Bay Radio Propagation Laboratory, analyzing anomalous aerial phenomena data. Later, as a civilian telecommunications engineer, he continued UFO investigations through the Canadian UFO Report Centre. Key achievements include co-authoring technical reports on radar-visual UFO sightings and advocating for scientific scrutiny of UAP. In 2023 testimony to the Canadian Parliament's National Defence Committee, he corroborated Smith's claims of recovered UFO materials and high-level U.S.-Canada coordination on non-human technology. Notable publication: 'Canada's UFOs' contributions. His work bridges military radar expertise with UAP disclosure efforts.
