Karl E. Nell

Karl E. Nell is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and aerospace executive with over 20 years of military intelligence and acquisition experience. He served as the Army's liaison to the UAP Task Force (UAPTF) and was involved in efforts to establish formal UAP reporting mechanisms within the Department of Defense. Nell became publicly prominent at the Sol Foundation symposium in 2023, where he stated that non-human intelligence has been interacting with humanity and that a controlled disclosure campaign is underway.
