Lieut. Warren Barber
Lieut. Warren Barber appears to be a misnomer for Jake Barber (also Jacob Barber), a U.S. Air Force veteran and whistleblower in UAP retrieval programs. Barber, whose birth and death years are not publicly known, is American and served over 30 years in official and unofficial capacities for the U.S. government and intelligence community, including as an enlisted airman, aerospace mechanic, and contractor under NATO top secret clearance. He participated in recovering downed non-human intelligence (NHI) craft, getting within 150 feet of anomalous objects during helicopter operations. A recipient of a heroism award from Bosnia service in special operations combat control, Barber founded Skywatcher, using sensor networks to detect and classify UAP into 9 categories via their Discovery Framework. In 2025 interviews with Ross Coulthart on NewsNation and Reality Check, he detailed covert retrievals with private contractors, corroborated by colleagues and a Stanford professor, and pledged to testify under oath. His claims remain unverified by official sources.
