Michel Bougard

Michel Bougard was a French UFO researcher and historian known for his contributions to ufological scholarship in the 1970s. He compiled historical documentation on UFO sightings and authored 'La Chronique des OVNI' (1977), a comprehensive history of UFO observations prior to 1947. Bougard's work on early UFO waves and phantom airship phenomena contributed to establishing historical research as a credible branch of ufology.
