Noe Torres

Noe Torres is a U.S. author, librarian, and prominent UFO researcher based in McAllen, Texas. Holding a bachelor's in English and a master's in library science from the University of Texas at Austin, he serves as a high school librarian since 1999 and was formerly Texas state section director for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). Torres has authored or co-authored over a dozen books on UFO phenomena, including 'The Real Cowboys & Aliens: Early American UFOs' (with John LeMay), 'Mexico’s Roswell,' 'The Other Roswell,' 'Aliens in the Forest,' 'Fallen Angel,' and 'The Coyame Incident.' His works explore historical UFO sightings from the 1800s onward and cases like Roswell. A recognized expert, he has appeared on TV shows such as Travel Channel's 'UFO Witness' (Season 2, Episode 5: 'Grey Alien-Human Hybridization') and History Channel programs. Torres founded major Texas UFO events, including the Laredo UFO Conference, Del Rio UFO Festival, Presidio UFO Festival, and Edinburg UFO Conference & Festival, ranked among the world's top UFO festivals.
