Paul M. Dickey Jr.

Paul M. Dickey Jr. is an American witness known for his involvement in a notable UFO sighting during the 1965 Virginia UFO flap. On January 11, 1965, at approximately 4:20 p.m., he and Edward Shad were among at least twelve observers, including six Army Signal Corps engineers, who reported seeing a dozen oval-shaped objects crossing the sky, seemingly pursued by jets from Andrews Air Force Base. The witnesses publicly upheld their account despite the U.S. Defense Department's denial of the incident.
