Philip G. Strong

Philip G. Strong served as Acting Deputy Assistant Director of the CIA Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) and functioned as a key interface between the U.S. intelligence community and the early scientific assessment of UFO phenomena in the 1950s. In January 1953 he briefed the Intelligence Advisory Committee on UFOs (ONE Board) and played a pivotal role in shaping the Robertson Panel.
