Pierre Bescond

General Pierre Bescond is a retired French military officer and aeronautical engineer who has worked extensively in defense technology. He is associated with the 3AF (Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France) and the COMETA study. At the 2025 Sol Foundation Symposium, he presented 'Revisiting the COMETA Report,' re-examining the landmark 1999 French study that concluded UAP could be extraterrestrial in origin and urged a serious governmental response.
