Raymond E. Fowler (born 1933) is an American UFO researcher and author who has investigated over 700 UFO cases over five decades. He served as a director and chief investigator for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and authored numerous books including 'The Watchers' series and 'UFOs: Interplanetary Visitors'. Fowler is particularly known for his extensive investigation of the Betty Andreasson abduction case.
