Scott Kelly (born February 21, 1964, Orange, New Jersey) is an American engineer, retired NASA astronaut, naval aviator, and U.S. Navy captain. Selected as an astronaut in 1996 alongside twin brother Mark—the first relatives in NASA history—he completed four spaceflights, logging 520 days in orbit, including a record 340-day ISS mission (Expeditions 43-46, 2015-2016) with Mikhail Kornienko to study long-duration spaceflight effects. Earlier missions: STS-103 pilot (1999, Hubble repair), STS-118 commander (2007, ISS assembly), Expedition 26 commander (2010-2011). Retired from NASA in 2016. No known involvement, achievements, publications, or testimony in UAP/UFO research, military/government UFO programs, or related fields.
