
Tim Gallaudet
Timothy \"Tim\" Gallaudet is a retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral and oceanographer who served as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Acting Administrator of NOAA. He holds a PhD in oceanography from the Scripps Institution.
