Tim Ley
Tim Ley is an American UFO witness known for his involvement in the Phoenix Lights incident of March 13, 1997. Along with his wife Bobbi, son Hal, and grandson Damien Turnidge, Ley observed a large V-shaped object with embedded reddish-orange lights from about 65 miles away in Arizona. The craft approached silently, hovering 100-150 feet above them before passing overhead through a V-shaped mountain gap toward Phoenix. Ley created a CGI rendering of the object, which appeared in USA Today, contributing to public awareness of the mass sighting event involving thousands. No birth or death years are documented. He has no known publications or testimony in government UFO programs.
