Todos M. Odarenko

Czech-trained electrical engineer in the CIA's Physics and Electronics Division. Took charge of the Agency's UFO evaluation project in August 1952. Previously received a civilian award from the US Navy for electronics work at Bell Laboratories during WWII. Later consulted for the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
