US naval attaché
Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, PhD, is a retired US Navy officer, oceanographer, and former Commander of the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command. American by nationality, he first encountered UAP evidence in January 2015 during a naval exercise off the US East Coast, viewing declassified footage of anomalous objects captured by F/A-18 aircraft from the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Gallaudet has advocated for UAP transparency, highlighting transmedium UAP/USOs operating unhindered in US seas and skies as national security threats. He testified before Congress on UAP safety risks and intelligence withholding, confirming interactions with unidentified submerged objects. Post-retirement, he collaborates with figures like Ryan Graves on pilot safety via Americans for Safe Aerospace and pushes for government disclosure.
