Clifford Stone (1945–2021) was a retired United States Army sergeant who became a prominent figure in UFO/UAP research and disclosure advocacy. Serving over 20 years in the military as an Administrative/Legal Specialist, Stone claimed to have participated in at least 12 classified UFO crash retrieval missions during his career, including a notable 1969 incident at Indian Town Gap, Pennsylvania. He testified publicly at the May 2001 Disclosure Project conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., describing encounters with non-human entities and recovered extraterrestrial craft. Stone authored the book 'Eyes Only: The Story of Clifford Stone and UFO Crash Retrievals' (2011) and became recognized as a credible insider witness within UFO research communities, advocating that extraterrestrial visitors are non-hostile.
