Genya Blinov was a young witness in the renowned 1989 Voronezh UFO incident in the Soviet Union. On September 27, 1989, in Voronezh, Russia, Blinov, along with schoolchildren Vasya Surin and Julia Sholokhova, and approximately 40 adults, observed a large spherical UFO land in a park. From it emerged tall humanoid beings, described as 10-13 feet high with small heads, three eyes, and a paralyzing gaze, accompanied by a small robot. Blinov specifically reported seeing a being with 'two eyes and slightly above them a red lamp.' The entities walked near the craft before re-entering and departing. Researchers, including Professor Genrikh Silanov of the Geophysical Institute, investigated using biolocation, confirming over 40 witnesses. This case gained international attention, featured in Jacques Vallee's UFO reports and Soviet media, marking one of the most credible mass sightings during perestroika.
