Karl T. Pflock (1943-2006)

Former CIA briefing officer who chaired NICAP's Washington, D.C. subcommittee in the 1960s. Pflock denied that the CIA ever asked him for information on either UFOs or NICAP. He later became a UFO researcher and Roswell investigator, authoring 'Roswell: Inconvenient Facts and the Will to Believe' (2001).

Dolan identifies Pflock as part of a pattern of CIA-connected individuals infiltrating NICAP during its decline in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
