Richard Hall

American UFO researcher (1930-2009) who served as assistant director of NICAP under Donald Keyhoe from 1958 to 1967. Edited 'The UFO Evidence' (1964), one of the most comprehensive early UFO reference works. Later authored 'The UFO Evidence, Volume II' (2001). Known for his meticulous documentation standards and insistence on rigorous investigation methodology.
