Terry Sherman

Terry Sherman, an American rancher, owned Skinwalker Ranch in Uintah County, Utah, with his wife Gwen from 1994 to 1996. They purchased the 480-acre property seeking seclusion to raise cattle, but encountered intense paranormal activity including cattle mutilations, disappearance of three dogs, sightings of orange and blue orbs, UFOs, bizarre creatures like a massive wolf immune to gunfire, and apparent interdimensional portals. Terry witnessed glowing orange objects hovering over cottonwood trees dozens of times, sometimes for hours via night vision. Financial losses from livestock and fear prompted the sale to Robert Bigelow's National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) in 1996. Afterward, the Shermans relocated to a nearby ranch, where Terry assisted NIDS investigations by managing the site and reporting anomalies. These events drew attention from UFO researchers, linking the ranch to government programs like AAWSAP.
