Wilbert Smith

Canadian government scientist (1910-1962) who headed Project Magnet, Canada's official UFO investigation from 1950-1954. His famous 1950 memo to the Canadian Department of Transport confirmed that UFOs were classified higher than the hydrogen bomb by the U.S. government and that a small group headed by Vannevar Bush was investigating them.
