In March 2018, John Greenewald of The Black Vault submitted a FOIA request to the Department of Defense for DD Form 1910s relating to three UFO videos. The request was prompted by statements Luis Elizondo made to George Knapp on Coast to Coast AM, where Elizondo indicated that this specific form and process were used by the DOD to release the videos.
