Background
The Black Vault published NASA internal emails from FOIA case 22-HQ-F-00488, which was filed on April 22, 2022. The request sought communications containing keywords like "Airborne Object," "AOIMSG," and "Unidentified Aerial." Among the responsive records was a calendar invitation showing that Administrator Bill Nelson had scheduled a meeting about UAP matters. The meeting was organized by Kayla Ratnasamy, Special Assistant to the Administrator. Records indicate Alyssa Bias, a FOIA officer at Goddard Space Flight Center, was also listed on the invitation. No other attendees were identified in this release. The case yielded 17 pages of records.
