The Fundación Anomalía was established in 1981 in Spain and hosts the FOTOCAT Project, maintained by researcher Vicente-Juan Ballester Olmos. FOTOCAT is the world's largest catalogue of UFO photo and video cases, containing over 12,000 entries from more than 120 countries. The foundation applies analytical and statistical methods to UFO data.
