Alexandro C. Wiggins
Alexandro C. Wiggins is a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy with over 23 years of active-duty service and a specialist in Operations/combat information systems. On 15 February 2023, aboard USS Jackson (LCS-6) off the Southern California coast, he became the key witness of a transmedium UAP encounter: he detected and tracked a self-luminous Tic-Tac-shaped object that emerged from the ocean surface, linked up with three similar objects and then departed at high speed โ recorded both on radar and on the Star SAFIRE multi-spectral EO/IR sensor system.
- Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy with over 23 years of active-duty service
- Operations Specialist with extensive experience in combat information systems
- 15 February 2023 off the Southern California coast: detected a self-luminous Tic-Tac-shaped object aboard USS Jackson (LCS-6)
- Observed the object link with three similar objects and depart together at high speed
- Event recorded on both radar and the Star SAFIRE multi-spectral EO/IR sensor system; no conventional propulsion signature, no sonic boom, no exhaust plume
- First detailed firsthand account of a transmedium encounter by an active-duty military officer
- Testified before the House Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets in September 2025, advocating sensor standardisation, personnel training and witness protection measures
For the UAP timeline, Wiggins is the modern analogue to David Fravor โ but for the transmedium class, i.e. objects transitioning between water and air. His case combines radar, EO/IR sensor and experienced non-commissioned-officer witness in a heavily documented incident and turns the "transmedium question" into an official item on the congressional agenda.
