Aziz Khani
Aziz Khani โ formally Captain Mohammad Reza Azizkhani โ was an officer of the Imperial Iranian Air Force who piloted an F-4 Phantom from Shahrokhi Air Force Base during the 1976 Tehran UFO incident. He scrambled at 1:30 a.m. on 19 September 1976 to intercept an unidentified luminous object whose extreme brightness was visible from roughly 70 miles away, making him one of the central military witnesses in one of the best-documented UAP encounters in the world.
