Brandon Fugal
Brandon Fugal is a Utah-born real estate magnate who co-founded Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, which later merged with Colliers International, establishing dominance in Utah's commercial property sector. Though no birth year is known, he remained active as of 2023.
In 2016, Fugal acquired the 512-acre Skinwalker Ranch in northeastern Utah from Robert Bigelow, a property previously central to the Pentagon-funded AAWSAP (2008-2013) program that studied UFOs, cattle mutilations, and other anomalies. Initially skeptical, he aimed to debunk the property's legends with independent scientists, deploying sensors, drones, ground-penetrating radar, and custom technology such as SATAN and EVE.
Personal sightings of a silver-gray UFO in 2016 and other phenomena converted Fugal to a believer, leading to intensified research. Two years post-purchase, he testified confidentially in Washington, D.C. He funds frontier science privately, emphasizing data-driven inquiry into UAP, electromagnetic anomalies, and portals, while avoiding exploitation via the History Channel's 'The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch'.
