George D. Garrett

George D. Garrett was a U.S. Army Air Forces intelligence officer who played a key role in early government UFO investigations. As an intelligence specialist, he compiled the first significant government analysis of flying disc reports in 1947 and forwarded them to Brigadier General George Schulgen. His work contributed to the establishment of Project Sign, the first official U.S. military investigation into UFO reports.
