James Carrion

James Carrion is an American UFO researcher, professional pilot, and former executive in the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). His interest in UFOs began at age 11 with news clippings. In MUFON, he served as International Director, State Director for Kentucky, Field Investigator Administrator, STAR Team Director, and Interim Board Member. Key achievements include leading the Pandora Project in 2006 to digitize MUFON's reports from 1969, and negotiating a 2008 contract with Bigelow Aerospace for rapid-response investigations, granting database access.
