Jeffrey Nuccetelli is a former U.S. Air Force military police officer with 16 years of active-duty service who was stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base from 2003 to 2005 β€” and who documented several UAP incidents there during critical National Missile Defense Project launches and National Reconnaissance Office satellite missions. Central is the so-called "Red Square" event of October 2003, when Boeing contractors reported a massive glowing red square hovering over the missile defense sites. In September 2025 he appeared as a witness before the House Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets.

  • Former U.S. Air Force military police officer with 16 years of active-duty service
  • Stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base from 2003 to 2005
  • Served during critical National Missile Defense Project launches and NRO satellite missions
  • October 2003 Red Square event: Boeing contractors report a massive glowing red square over missile defense sites
  • Personal sighting of a roughly nine-metre diameter sphere of light above his residence, gently accelerating and disappearing into the stars
  • Interviewed multiple witnesses; records now held by AARO and FBI
  • Testified before the House Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets in September 2025; called for independent UAP research funding, declassification of records and whistleblower protection

For the UAP timeline, Nuccetelli is the military witness who makes the Vandenberg missile-defense line of the early 2000s public β€” a layer that long stood in the shadow of the 1960s Malmstrom cases. Combined with his 2025 congressional testimony, he establishes that UAP encounters over strategic U.S. infrastructure continued into the 21st century and are filed hard in AARO and FBI registers.
