Joerg Arnu, a 62-year-old German-born retired software developer and U.S. resident, is a prominent researcher on Area 51 and military aviation testing. First visiting the site's perimeter in 1998, he launched DreamlandResort.com in 1999 as a key resource for photos, videos, discussions, and intelligence on secretive programs at Groom Lake, including U-2, A-12, and possibly B-21 Raider flights. Living part-time in Rachel, Nevada, near the base, Arnu has monitored radio chatter, skies, and perimeters, emphasizing military projects over UFO conspiracies—he identifies as a skeptic, dismissing unverified alien crash claims like Kingman 1953. On November 3, 2024, FBI and Air Force OSI agents raided his Rachel and Las Vegas homes with armed force, which he views as intimidation against Area 51 researchers.
