Matthew Pines

Matthew Pines is a national security policy advisor and technology strategist. He previously served at the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). At the 2024 Sol Foundation Symposium, he co-presented with Garry Nolan on 'Standards of Evidence and UAP,' addressing the methodological challenges of establishing evidentiary standards for UAP research.
